Job Summary The Office Coordinator coordinates the day-to-day operations and provides administrative support to the Medical Management team/communications and front office operations. Essential Functions Coordinate departmental office functions including organizing clerical functions and determining priority of tasks to insure efficient office operations. Works closely with the clinical team and provides support with utilization review coordination, discharge planning both Medical and BH/transition of care Compliance Management, data tracking and appeals Appointment scheduling and patient coordination Qualifications Associates Degree Required Five plus years of experience in an administrative role including health care Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Training in PC based automated word processing systems, PC, or mainframe-based database management programs.
