Documented proof of disability is required before interviewing. ** QC Flex is searching for an Office Coordinator to join their team in Rock Island, IL. As an Office Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be assisting with the operations of the front office at QC Flex. This position is designed to meet the demands of QC Flex, requiring a friendly demeanor and the ability to assist customers in person and over the phone. This position will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, making this a 30-hour position. By efficiently completing assigned tasks and assisting in clerical activities, you will contribute to the team's overall productivity and success by ensuring prompt completion of clerical duties and working effectively both individually and as part of a team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare invoices and monthly statements for QC Flex subcontract work. Draft correspondence, reports, and invoices, keeping proper copies. Record accounts payable and receivable transactions, and deposit funds when needed. Handle calls politely, relay messages, greet visitors warmly, and assist customers. Notify team members about over-the-counter sales. Manage mail and package processing daily. Maintain inventory records for keys, supplies, and customer stock. Participate in meetings and assist with additional tasks as needed.   QUALIFICATIONS 1. Must be able to provide proof of a documented disability  2. High school diploma or equivalent required. 3. Valid driver's license required. Must be approved by the agency's auto insurance carrier 4. Must be able to pass a federal background check. 5. One year of clerical or business education, or one year of clerical experience, is required.  6. Strength and flexibility to lift parts, equipment, and supplies. 7. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with individuals, visitors, staff members, volunteers, and others required. 8.
