Austill's Educational Therapy Services is seeking a proactive Office Coordinator to handle essential clerical and administrative tasks and be the heartbeat of our Educational Services department. If you are organized, tech-savvy, and ready to support our team, we want to meet you! This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Exton, PA office. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Austill's has been providing comprehensive school-based therapy services, including OT, PT, and SLP, for over 40 years! We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our students (PK-12th) in schools throughout Pennsylvania through high-quality educational therapy services. How You’ll Make an Impact: Office Command: Manage daily mail, outgoing faxes, and high-volume phone calls with a professional touch. Compliance Guardian: Lead the clearance process for therapists, ensuring all independent contractors and employees are up-to-date. You’ll also handle monthly compliance reporting and follow-ups. Student Data Expert: Accurately enter new student data and process critical evaluation reports within a 48-hour window to ensure no child’s services are delayed. Supply & Resource Logistics: Keep the office stocked and within budget, while assisting with the distribution of clinical test kits and library resources. Onboarding Support: Be the welcoming face of the company by preparing welcome packets and creating badges for new team members. What You Bring to the Table: Organizational Mastery: You can juggle mail, PT scripts, and IEP data updates without breaking a sweat. Tech Proficiency: High comfort level with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database entry. Self-Initiative: You don’t wait to be told what to do; you see a need (like low inventory or a pending referral) and take action. Communication Skills: You are articulate and helpful, whether you’re talking to a school administrator or an independent therapist.
