We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Office Coordinator to support daily operations, create a welcoming environment, and help ensure our offices run smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, clients, and community partners. Answer phones, manage incoming inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, inventory, and facility needs. Support operational leaders with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and administrative projects. Assist with onboarding activities, meetings, trainings, and employee engagement initiatives. Travel periodically to other Venture Forthe offices and training locations to ensure locations are organized, equipped, and operating effectively. Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Administrative, customer service, reception, scheduling, or office support experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Confident with technology. Able to navigate computers, phone systems, email, and common office software including Google Suite. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between office locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and manage daily office operations, including supplies and facility needs. Provide administrative support to operational leaders and assist with employee onboarding and engagement initiatives.
