OVERVIEW:

Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in US providing a wide range of Energy related products and services to its customers, seeks an accomplished “Office Coordinator”

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Basic computer knowledge, comfortable with computers
  • Microsoft Office
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Communication via phone, email, in-person interactions
Responsibilities
  • Paper backlog entries and completions
  • Research WRs (incorrect addresses, outdoor sets, AKAs, etc)
  • Update assets in GC for outdoor sets
  • Generate new WRs, when needed
  • Complete procedure reporting to close out inspections:
  • NGD (Natural Gas Detection) Paperwork processing
  • Time entry of document Sheets received from CFR’s(Construction Field Rep)/Contractors
  • Local appointments coordinated through local field forces/research customer contact information
  • Creations of paper folders and job packets, when needed by District/ERF/Level 4 daily surveillances
  • Back office researching
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
