WE ARE SEEKING A OFFICE, CULTURE AND EXPERIENCE MANAGER TO JOIN OUR MELBOURNE TEAM.
The MoHQ Office, Culture and Experience Manager is the backbone of the day-to-day operations of Movember’s largest office located in Melbourne, ensuring a productive, well maintained workplace. This role is crucial in shaping an environment that not only respects how we use our donor dollars, but also creates a space where our team can thrive and drive the impactful, transformative work that defines Movember.
This high energy, hands on role ensures the office is clean, safe and fully operational while reflecting our brand and values, supporting the APAC team and all office functions to keep everything running smoothly. Key responsibilities include managing front-of-house duties, welcoming guests, coordinating meetings, overseeing office events and handling travel and logistics. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, plan ahead and represent Movember’s unique culture and values. The role also ensures the office environment stays well maintained by managing supplies, equipment, maintenance and repairs, facilities coordination, post logistics, budget oversight and general administration. At its heart, this role plays a key part in supporting and connecting the Movember community, from our Melbourne based team to the many visitors, volunteers and partners who come through our doors.
This role also provides Executive Assistant support to the APAC Country Director this includes diary management, meeting coordination, and administrative assistance to ensure leaders are well supported in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Success in this dynamic role requires flexibility, excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to work with project management tools. Equally important is the maturity and business judgment to make decisions that serve the organisation’s best interests, even when those decisions may not be the most popular choice. This role demands someone who can balance stakeholder needs with responsibility for our donor dollars and operational excellence.
