Working in support of our People Director and the broader Senior Leadership Team, this role provides an amazing opportunity to help build a culture that raises the bar and a working environment that’s worth commuting in for.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in an office management, culture or PA role
  • Proven ability to create and execute events on a small and/or large scale
  • organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint + Excel)

  • Ability to be based from our London office Monday to Thursday with the option to work from home on - - - Fridays

  • Working hours 8am-5pm to ensure the office is ready for everyone’s arrival

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

There is never a dull day for our Office & Culture Manager. This role is based out of our London office and is made up of three key parts. First and foremost, it’s responsible for the day-to-day running and upkeep of our office space. It’s also responsible for the execution of our culture strategy – championing our key pillars of food, health and creativity. And finally, it provides PA support to our senior leadership team based out of the London office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Office & Working environment:

  • Lead on the upkeep of our London office and communal spaces, managing relationships with our landlord, cleaners and relevant third parties for maintenance and repairs.
  • Passionately uphold the look and feel of the office space ensuring it’s a clean, tidy and inspiring place to work.
  • Ensure the team have everything they need, managing office supplies, stock and stationery.
  • Work closely with our chef to ensure we create a culture that’s centered around food (delicious homemade breakfast every day + chef-cooked lunch twice per week)

Team engagement and culture

  • Ensure every new team member is welcomed and immediately feels at home.
  • Welcome all visitors to the Snackbox and make them feel like one of the team.
  • Execute our culture calendar, creating events that speak to our values and our brands and that are unforgettable for the team.
  • Establish routines and rituals which bring people together + that people want to be a part of
  • Lead our giving agenda, encouraging the team to take their volunteer days and support the communities around us.
  • Work with the broader People & Culture team to deliver exceptional Summer + Christmas parties.

PA support to our Senior Leadership Team

  • Provide PA support to the Commercial Director and Chief Marketing Officer, focusing on diary management, expenses and administrative support on team events.
  • Coordinate the demand-side operating rhythm, supporting on all diary and agenda administration.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to our International and People & Culture Directors as required.
