Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Office & E-Commerce Assistant to support day-to-day office needs, handle phones and emails, process online orders, and assist with basic photo/video editing. You’ll also get access to our fully equipped studio to grow your creative skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Office support: Answer phones, route calls, manage emails, greet visitors, light scheduling and admin tasks.
  • E-commerce: Process online orders, print labels, coordinate shipping, handle returns/exchanges, update product info and inventory in Shopify.
  • Content support: Assist with product photography and short videos; perform basic/intermediate edits (Lightroom/Photoshop/Premiere).
  • Social media help: Prep posts (copy, tags, cropping), organize assets, and occasionally appear on camera (optional but a plus).
  • General: Keep files and workflows organized, collaborate with a small, supportive team.
