Description We are looking for a proactive and creative Office & Employee Experience Manager to oversee office operations and employee welfare. About the postion Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring an organized and functional workspace. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintenance. Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, IT support, building management) to ensure timely and effective service. Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries and issues. Plan and execute employee welfare activities, including team events, welfare programs, and team-building initiatives. Coordinate employee gifts, swag, and internal communications for key milestones and company moments. Support employee needs related to travel, scheduling, and administrative requirements. Requirements At least 2 years of proven experience in operations, office management, or a similar administrative role. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams. Proactive, creative, and resourceful mindset with the ability to take initiative. Vendor management and negotiation experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
