The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Engineer I to support the Wayfinding Project within a major capital improvement program at LAX. Salary Range: $85K/Year-$100K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Manage and track project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, reports) Coordinate and distribute RFIs and submittals with contractors and design teams Maintain accurate logs and records using project management systems (PMWeb) Support project meetings (agendas, minutes, action items) Ensure drawings and documents are updated and properly filed Assist project managers and field teams with day-to-day coordination Help maintain clear communication across all stakeholders 5+ years of experience in construction or project support roles Experience in an active/operational environment (airport preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong communication and coordination skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Experience with PM systems (PMWeb preferred) We offer one of the most competitive benefit packages in the industry.
