Responsibilities
  • Be the engine of our daily office operations — keeping things moving with efficiency and positivity.
  • Provide direct executive support: manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling with precision.
  • Keep our books in check using QuickBooks for order processing, bookkeeping, and financial tracking.
  • Jump in on projects — coordinating, tracking, and helping us hit deadlines.
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Handle data entry with accuracy and speed.
  • Communicate warmly and professionally with customers, vendors, and partners (by phone, email, and in-person).
  • Support our creative team — lend a hand with graphics, proofreading, and polishing documents before release.
  • Answer customer service inquiries online and by phone, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our True Honey Teas values.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to create documents, presentations, and communications.
