We are looking for an Office Executive to provide essential administrative and operational support to the service team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, structured environment. Employment Type: Contract role (5 months) with potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Location: Onsite – Mapletree Business City (Nearest MRT: Labrador Park, SG) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Responsibilities Support the issuance and processing of purchase orders (POs). Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records. Maintain proper filing and documentation of service-related documents. Assist in handling basic customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Compile and prepare engineer service reports. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Provide general administrative support to the service team as needed. Requirements At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
