We are actively seeking an Office Experience Associate to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. This position has a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all guests, clients, and team members. This individual ensures the office is organized, well-maintained, and stocked, helping the workplace run smoothly and leaving visitors with an exceptional first impression.   RESPONSIBILITIES GUEST EXPERIENCE & FRONT DESK RESPONSIBILITIES  * Greeting and welcome guests, clients, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor * Manage visitor check-in and notify staff of arrivals * Accept, log, and distribute deliveries, mail, and packages * Serve as the first point of contact for general office inquiries   OFFICE & WORKPLACE OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES  * Ensure conference rooms are clean, organized, and fully set up each morning; reset rooms between meetings as needed * Keep common areas—lobby, kitchen, conference rooms, and shared workspaces—clean, tidy, and inviting throughout the day * Restock snacks, beverages, and coffee supplies; maintain inventory and place replenishment orders when needed * Monitor cleanliness and organization of the office and proactively address issues (trash removal, wiping down surfaces, resetting furniture, etc.)   FACILITIES & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate with building management or vendors for routine maintenance or service requests * Assist with basic administrative tasks such as preparing materials, light scheduling support, or event setup * Support team members with occasional ad hoc projects that enhance office operations and associate experience   SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE * Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, professional customer-service mindset. * Ability to multitask and remain calm, friendly, and efficient in a dynamic environment. * Prior experience in hospitality, reception, or administrative support preferred. * Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of the office environment EXPERIENCE * 3-years work experience within a professional services environment. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9 am - 1 pm with some flexibility on start time. 15 hours per week
Responsibilities
