Office & Facility Management Specialist (all genders)

To make the best out of your work, we need you to:

  • Select, supervise, and maintain relations with partners and service providers (landlord, cleaning company, tradespeople, etc.), review contracts, and negotiate terms
  • Keep the office running by smoothly sourcing, maintaining, and managing equipment, furniture, suppliers, and service providers
  • Manage our company fleet
  • Be the go-to person for electronic infrastructure, phone and IT-related matters
  • Initiate purchase orders in our ERP system
  • Organize and carry out facility and maintenance-related tasks
  • Assure health, safety, and fire prevention standards in the office
  • Stand in as the backup for office service functions (reception, phone, mail, etc.)

You are a good fit, if you have:

  • A background in business administration or similar qualifications; career changers and ambitious career starters from other sectors such as catering and hospitality are also welcome
  • Experience in office and/or facility management is preferred
  • The ability to work independently, a strong sense of responsibility, and a can-do, hands-on mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and a professional communication style
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Confidence in your Office M365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills
  • Experience with SAP
