You will have the opportunity to take ownership for the implementation of processes and projects. In your role you will: · Optimize the working atmosphere and thus increase motivation to spend a lot of time at the company. Whether green plants, a fruit basket or free drinks: There are many ways to make a workplace more attractive. · Provide and organize employee parking, discount promotions, from times-to-times healthy breakfast & lunch: Even small changes can have a big impact. · Improve office management. Prepare meetings, manage post/mail service, and purchase office supplies. · Facilitate and maintain our #happyworkingplaces and coordinate facility management. · Organize team events and collaborative activities foster team spirit. This is where the Office & Feel Good Manager can get creative and show commitment. · Communicate with the team. The Feel Good Manager can also find out what is on the employees' minds by talking to them. With personal contact with the team, important needs are picked up. · Keep an eye on the implementation of occupational health and safety and develop this area in the future in order to be able to comply with the necessary standards at all times. · Commit and live according to our company’s vision and values. · Be passionate and act as a true ambassador of our brand.
