Responsibilities

OFFICE & FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

Carlow Rape Crisis center, a respected Not-for-Profit organisation, is seeking a dynamic Office & Finance administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). Are you a skilled administrator with a passion for supporting meaningful causes?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations with strong organisational oversight.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks and

accounts package.

  • Provide support through excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Adapt to the changing needs of the organisation by being flexible and solution oriented.
  • Assist with administrative support for finance-related tasks, including the operations of the accounts package, Big Red Cloud or similar accounts package.
