We are Lita Homes and Access Building Contractors (ABC), two closely aligned companies operating from the same office in Charlton. We are involved in property development, construction, and residential management across London and the Southeast.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong Excel skills and confident IT user
  • Excellent written grammar and communication skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage own workload
  • Willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities, including tasks outside core duties when required
  • A “hands-on” approach and ability to treat the role as your own
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Office & Finance Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role where you’ll be expected to take ownership of daily tasks, support management, and keep the office running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage residential rentals from the desk, including issuing contracts and liaising with tenants
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and maintenance teams to ensure works are carried out efficiently
  • Provide day-to-day admin support for both Lita Homes and ABC
  • Answer calls and manage communications with management and clients
  • Upload and categorise purchase invoices, maintain accurate financial records (QuickBooks Online/Desktop)
  • Track and monitor project costs and expenses
  • VAT allocation and submission
  • Assist with small payroll submissions
  • Support budget monitoring and reporting with management
