Tatton Park Enterprises Ltd provides the contracted catering for Tatton Park. The business operates across The Stables Restaurant, The Gardeners Cottage Tearoom and Corporate Buffets to the Mansion House.
JOB DESCRIPTION
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Assist the Catering Operations Manager in record keeping of the daily business as listed within the job description.
- Maintain records of Departmental Budgets across both staffing and food.
· Arrive on duty , use signing in procedures in accordance with the roster and standards of appearance as set out in the employee handbook.
· Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and appearance, following dress code and work space hygiene etiquette as stated within our employee handbook
. A motivated and caring person with strength in time management and explementary communication skills, with a passion for excellent record keeping and reporting.
· Follow the instructions of the Catering Operations Manager, to ensure the smooth running of the office and aid with the maintaining of Payroll records, Business invoice processing, Hygiene Standards, Health and Safety, Annual Training Records, Personnel Records, (Food Safety Records) - Natasha’s Law and HACCP regulation records at all times. Experienced in, invoicing and data entry is a requirement.
· Follow instructions, guidance and the law in maintaining daily written records with regards to health and safety, food safety, Allergen control measures, Natasha’s Law and HACCP as set out by Tatton Park Enterprises.
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE, 2 YEARS MINIMUM REQUIRED.
HOURLY RATE OF PAY IS £13.33 BASED ON THIS ROLE STARTING FROM APRIL 1ST 2025
Days of Work: The working week will be between Monday and Friday notably working 4 days out of 5. Our payroll deadline date will require you to work on the occasional Monday. Your main days of work will be between Tuesday and Friday. The park is closed on Monday’s throughout Low Season, you will not be required to work Bank Holidays.
Hours of Work: You will be required to work within 9.30-14.30/15.30 each day. We are flexible on start and finish time please review example. Working 4.5+ hours daily.
Total of 18 hours per week (after 30 minute unpaid meal break).
