We are looking for an Office Fit Out Site Manager. You will lead the daily on-site delivery of high-end Cat B office fit-out projects across two 12-storey buildings. Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and safety compliance. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and serve as the main link between the project team and on-site personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of landlord and tenant shell & core construction as well as landlord and tenant fit-out projects (typically 6–26 weeks in duration).
  • Implement, monitor and maintain a high environmental and health and safety standard on site as devised by the Construction Manager.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Ensure that technical drawings are being delivered in accordance with the design on site by the subcontractors
  • Produce 3 week lookahead programmes to plan and progress the day to day site activities ensuring full coordination between all contractors on site.
  • Lead the daily activity briefing (DABS) to coordinate the next days activities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate site diaries to ensure delay’s are recorded for future recovery of costs incurred.
  • Handle site administration using digital tools, review payments.
  • Order and manage materials and equipment on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks with detailed record keeping to support findings on site.
  • Prepare and support MEP commissioning, testing, and handover processes.
  • Lead snagging and final handover processes.
