OUR IMPACT

The Office for Regulatory Relations ‘ORR’ centrally coordinates and performs day-to-day management of the STA and Statutory audits. The Office is responsible for ensuring that these audits are completed within the agreed audit timeline. In addition, ORR is responsible for providing appropriate governance, reporting and oversight of all GSBE audit findings and, as required, provides targeted escalation to senior management.

The Office for Regulatory Relations is also responsible for the firm’s engagement with the ECB.

  • Ensure adequate and timely completion of the STA and Statutory audits and the remediation of all GSBE findings
  • Increase finding owners’ accountability by improving appropriate entity governance and ensure continuous senior management engagement by providing targeted management information reporting and escalation
  • Identify common feedback themes across all regulatory and audit topics to create synergies & efficiencies, timely remediation of findings, and to take pre-emptive measures to avoid future findings

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills including with senior stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to ensure quality of deliverable and whether it meets regulators’ and auditors’ expectations

  • Accurate, accountable and able to multitask while managing both time and work-load
