JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a female office girl to provide support in maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment, as well as assisting staff and visitors with daily needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Girl/Office Assistant in the UAE.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Presentable, polite, and service-oriented personality.
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions effectively.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi locations (especially Tourist Club area) is an added advantage
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and clients.
  • Manage pantry supplies and ensure stock is maintained at all times.
  • Assist in basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing when required.
  • Greet and assist visitors politely and direct them to the concerned person.
  • Support in handling internal document distribution, courier, and mail when needed.
  • Assist with meeting room arrangements and office events.
  • Provide general administrative and hospitality support to staff and management.
