Custom Energized Air is growing! We have a need for an Office & Health, Safety, and Quality (HS&Q) Administrator for the Edmonton Office.
TheOffice & Health, Safety and Quality (HS&Q) Administrator is a dual-role position that is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations for the company while also overseeing and promoting HSE&Q compliance across the organization.
The job description and key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma required. Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role which includes health and safety administration duties.
  • A combination of relevant education, technical knowledge, and professional experience will be considered for candidates who demonstrate strong potential and alignment with the role’s requirements.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Confidentiality and discretionary judgment.
  • Technical aptitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Physical Requirements – Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and answering phones.

We work with a wide range of products for customers in multiple industries, from oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, water, and food, all requiring a variety of solutions from full system set-ups, repair, and maintenance.
