Working Monday - Thursday Cleartone Telecoms are looking for a proactive office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support and assist with various tasks across the office functions of the company.
Duties
* Logging support calls and issuing replies provided by engineers to the customer either via the telephone or by email.
* Managing incoming calls and emails
* Providing customer quotations and preparing repair documentation
Previous office experience and good understanding of microsoft systems in desirable. The ability to work without supervision is important to this role. Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy is essential.
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm 1 hour lunch.
