We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist and Office Administrator at our prestigious Luxury Lodge Park in Oakmere, Cheshire.
About the Role:
This is a key front-of-house position requiring communication skills, a warm and welcoming manner, and the ability to manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, playing an important role in delivering the high standards our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk reception duties, greeting visitors and handling enquiries professionally.
Perform general office administration and maintain accurate records.
Work independently while supporting the wider team as required.
Assist with occasional open days and lodge presentation events.
Provide holiday and sickness cover on a planned basis.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic proficiency in computer systems (training provided for bespoke systems).
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
A friendly and professional approach with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Role Details:
Part-time position: 18–20 hours per week across three days.
Competitive salary, dependent on experience and suitability.
