REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in hostess, hospitality, retail, or customer service roles is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities (both written & verbal).
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and professional, with a positive attitude.
• Fluency in English + Russian or Arabic (only candidates with these languages will be considered).

• Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Maintain a polished and welcoming reception and office environment.
• Coordinate appointments and schedules for sales managers and client meetings.
• Support daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
• Act as the central point of contact between the sales team and other departments.
• Assist with planning and hosting events, open houses, and VIP client visits.
• Ensure all marketing materials and displays are always up-to-date and visually appealing.
