Office & HR Team Assistant ANZ The Opportunity TCR has a Full-Time exciting opportunity available at our Botany Workshop for an Office & HR Team Assistant. As an Office & HR Team Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our office, HR processes, and day-to day operations running smoothly. This is a perfect opportunity for a strong administrator who wants to gain exposure to HR & Payroll while supporting a fast-paced operational environment. A snapshot of what you will be doing here: Coordinating office administration, facilities, supplies, stocktakes, groceries, and general day-to-day office support Supporting the administrative functions of the HR and Talent team and people processes, including onboarding administration (IT and HRIS setup), maintaining employee files in a well-organised and compliant manner, booking medicals, roster support, probation reminders, and HR inbox and calendar management. Managing weekly timesheet checks, credit card holder reconciliations, insurance and government reimbursements, monthly reports, data entry, and document creation Supporting team engagement through organising Friday lunches, quarterly offsites, annual manager offsites, and company events such as the Christmas Party and Christmas in July Assisting with internal communications, staff announcements, ad posting, and wider company updates Assisting the Managing Director with coordinating meetings, scheduling, and bookings when requested This position reports directly to the HR Business Partner Who we're looking for: A strong administrator or team assistant who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Someone keen to broaden their experience and gain exposure to HR A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset Experience in administration, office coordination, or team support (HR experience is a bonus but not essential) Experience with Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and Employment Hero is highly desirable but not essential.
