YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• You have an empathic and open personality and you are able to handle challenging situations in a professional manner
• Excellent organizational and collaborative skills and a strong willingness to learn and a passion to develop yourself professionally and personally
• You have completed your studies or an excellent vocational training degree in a specialist area where customer contact and service orientation are important
• Two years of relevant technical experience, ideally in a professional service environment with a strong focus on customer orientation and satisfaction
• Knowledge of the standard IT applications for Windows, macOS and iOS as well as troubleshooting of laptops, mobile phones and video conferencing systems
• You excel at a broad interest in IT topics from hardware to software to the latest technological trends
• Solution-oriented and structured mindset and you distinguish yourself by the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way
• You communicate convincingly, verbally and in writing, in both English and German
