Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Office Junior to join our team. This is a great first step into the world of work — perfect if you’re just finishing school or looking to kickstart your career. You’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our company, while also helping out the Managing Director with her day-to-day jobs.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Answering the phone and using the reception intercom.
  • Greeting visitors and making refreshments when they come in for meetings.
  • Helping the MD with whatever needs doing — no two days are the same!
  • Keeping the office tidy and organised.
  • Doing basic admin tasks (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
