JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Tail Lift repair company and due to expansion we are now looking for a new team member to join our busy Office Team.
The job its self involves taking calls from our customers, recording of the details and passing on the information to our on site engineers, and then updating our customers. upon completion.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our busy team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in an office environment while contributing to the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various clerical tasks, to ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous office experience is preferred, as not essential as full training will be given.
  • Proficient computer skills, and a good telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • The hours are 08.00 to 17.00 hrs Monday to Friday.
  • Due to our location the individual should hold a drive license or be in a position to make there own way to and from the place of work.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
