JUNIOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

We are a small team working in the city centre and are looking for an Office Junior/ Administration Assistant to join our team.
The role covers a wide variety of administration tasks in support of our Director and the wider team.
Tasks would include but not limited to; general office tasks such as scanning, general email enquiries, post and telephone answering within also dealing with all visitors to the office and when needed banking (depositing of cash at the bank). Dealing with all change in liabilities – communication with energy supplier and the City Council, applying for council tax exemptions. Conducting key handovers to contractors or new tenants. Various office filing and organisation.
The position is based at our office in King Street, Aberdeen - working Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. (Parking Space available)
Required Skills
· Knowledge and good ability of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
· Excellent organisational skills and timekeeping.
· A positive and enthusiastic attitude to work.
· Ability to communicate successfully and work effectively with other team members and on your own.
Training will be provided where necessary.
