Description

We are seeking to recruit a full time office Receptionist and this role will be based onsite.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

  • Acting as first impression to meet and greet all visitors
  • Call handling, both incoming and outgoing. Making appointments, taking details of referrals and following up queries
  • General Reception duties including processing of incoming and outgoing mail and booking of meetings
  • Typing Letters and other documentation required
  • Photocopying, emailing and scanning of documentation as required
  • Undertake filing, maintaining an effecient and up to date record keeping system
  • Adhering to internal GDPR
  • Daily hand deliveries and taking post to the local post office
  • Participate in learning and completion of mandatory training
  • Perform other administrative support duties as required

Desired Criteria

  • Proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Confident dealing with incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

Full training will be provided for the role.
The role is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
