WE ARE VANDEBRON

Our journey began in 2014 with the first chapter of the energy transition, in which we made the market more transparent by connecting consumers directly to local, green producers of energy. Now, in chapter two, we aim to make 100% green energy available 100% of the time. Think of smart solutions, like flexible use of wind- and solarparks, smart charging of vehicles and a much more efficient way of storing energy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• You enjoy cooking - don’t need to be a chef but willing to become one
• You keep the coffee machines tidy and ready to rumble, and the drinks filled up. With you onboard, no colleague will ever have to miss their caffeine or fresh tea.
• You ensure all desks look tidied up, proactively - also by informing your colleagues…
• … And the same counts for the communal workspaces like the café and meetingrooms. With you on board, the office is always fully stocked and looks immaculate.
• You welcome visitors into our beautiful office space, and make sure they’re redirected to whomever they have a meeting with. You’re the face of the company.
• You provide ample support with events, both operational and in the creative setup.
• As we’re a mission driven organisation, you proactively help finding ways to make our department live by that mission.

WHAT YOU DO

• We highly value flexibility and an anticipating way of working, as sometimes you have to switch from preparing lunch for 120+ colleagues, to welcoming a colleagues appointment.
• You’re proactive and don’t mind working independently.
• Clear and direct communication is your go to.
• Wanting to improve processes and a problem solving way of thinking describe you well.
• As you’re in the heart of a mission driven organisation, you live and breathe the values we live by, acting as a true Vandebron ambassador.
• You’re available 2-4 days a week. Half days are possible, but not common. Working from home isn’t possible within this role.
