SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Solid experience in leasing and asset management, ideally in office focused commercial real estate or a related sector such as hospitality
  • Proven ability to drive leasing performance and manage stakeholders effectively
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative and energy
  • Familiarity with ESG initiatives and the integration of smart building technologies is advantageous
  • Experience in placemaking and occupier experience strategy is a plus

THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a proactive and accomplished Leasing and Asset Manager to play a central role in managing and enhancing the value of their growing office portfolio. This is a key hire and will suit someone with strong leasing expertise, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate and execute asset management strategies for existing and future assets
  • Lead leasing strategies in partnership with external agents and advisors
  • Support placemaking initiatives and drive marketing activity using both traditional and digital platforms
  • Coordinate with legal teams on lease documentation and transaction oversight
  • Work closely with property and facilities managers to ensure best-in-class operational performance
  • Collaborate with sustainability consultants to help meet ESG goals and accreditations
  • Contribute to refurbishment and repositioning projects
  • Support the acquisition team in underwriting and preparing business plans for new investments
  • Lead internal asset reporting and performance analysis
