To assist with the day to day running of the logistics department and with the goods in and out process on behalf of the client adhering to security guidelines at all times.
To provide an excellent level of customer service to the client and building users.
To assist with the management of the porters, mailroom services, FSA’s and conference suite within the contract in accordance with the SLA and KPI’s.
Responsible for supervising and motivating staff to maximise departmental stability. Supervision of work schedules and planning training.
To supervise the goods in and goods out process, adhering to security guidelines at all times.
To ensure all figures for incoming and outgoing mail are recorded and logged and any other service related analysis. This is to include data relating to franking machine and mail and courier distribution.
Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a one hour unpaid break
