Overview This position is responsible for the overall maintenance of the building and working with contractors as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance activities to include plumbing, HVAC, elevators and electrical systems. Responsibilities Designated contact for outside service vendors (cleaning service, snowplowing, lawn care, recycling services) concerning contractual obligations, track annual maintenance schedules Designated contact for fire, sprinkler system, elevator and irrigation service inspections, generator issues, etc. Oversee building maintenance contract and service work; process and contract out repair requests Monitor HVAC system daily - consolidate repairs with outside vendors when needed Check outside grounds daily and keep as clean as possible. This includes shoveling sidewalks and putting down salt in the winter months.
