HOW YOU’LL SHAPE WHAT’S POSSIBLE:
We are looking for an Office Manager for a 12 month MAT leave contract. This role is part time (4 days pw)
and involves a broad scope of work and responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the Sydney office along with supporting the other offices where required. This is a hybrid role, requiring your attendance in the office for 3 days per week. This role involves employing initiative, prioritising and organisational skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Reception duties (e.g. switchboard calls, messages, screening)

Managing subscriptions/memberships and associations

- Administration of the Altis Rewards benefits program
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring everything is functional and well-organised across all offices
- Oversee office cleanliness
- Liaise with building management for any requirements across all offices
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members as needed.
- Coordinate catering for offices as needed
- Serve as a liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Work with the People & Culture and Marketing functions to organise and facilitate team meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Manage expense reconciliation for the Office card, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Assist with offboarding ex-employees
- Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance office efficiency.
- Assist the People and Culture team with administrative recruitment activities.
- Other ad hoc duties as required
