JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office administration and support functions. This role will lead a small team, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, and ensure smooth operations across administrative, HR, and finance-related activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, HR support, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office administration and general affairs; establish and optimize administrative workflows.
  • Lead and supervise administrative assistants and accounting staff, including task assignments and day-to-day guidance.
  • Plan and manage the office budget, procurement, meeting arrangements, and other routine administrative matters.
  • Manage and coordinate employee benefits programs, including 401(k), medical, and other insurance plans; serve as the liaison with external insurance/financial institutions.
  • Support HR operations such as onboarding new hires, maintaining attendance/leave records, and distributing internal communications.
  • Assist the head office with invoice compilation, expense reimbursement, and routine financial document review .
