About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Acute Allied Health Services Physiotherapy Team. Acute Allied Health Services Physiotherapy provides clinical services to a range of clients in the acute inpatient setting and specialised outpatient services at Canberra Hospital. This position will provide high level administrative support to the senior leadership team withing the Acute Allied Health Services Physiotherapy department. It also provides leadership and supervision to the Physiotherapy Administration team. You will be responsible for supporting departmental data, operational, and policy requirements, assisting the Physiotherapy Manager with basic Human Resources functions, monitoring and supervising the workflow and workload of booking and scheduling officers. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, has great attention to detail, prioritises quality in customer interactions, has managerial ability, and can assess training needs for the work area, staff assessment, and performance counselling.
