OFFICE MANAGER / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Location: Bryan, Texas
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

This role is the hub of our organization, supporting leadership, employees, and vendors while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong communication at every level.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office and administrative operations across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Support HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance reviews, and employee relations.
  • Oversee vendor management, procurement, insurance, contract bidding, and lease documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, policies, and compliance documentation.
  • Provide IT coordination support (basic troubleshooting, equipment/software procurement, and liaison with external IT providers).
  • Assist with DOT compliance and driver record management (previous experience is a plus!).
  • Partner with leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiency across business units.
