We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and warehouse space. This multifaceted role requires strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills to support office leadership, staff, and operations. The Office Manager will handle administrative support, HR onboarding, payroll coordination, vendor management, and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role also includes planning employee events and assisting in special projects and providing direct support to the Partner on special requests and priority initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations: answer phones, monitor email inboxes, greet walk-in visitors, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Maintain organization of office and warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and proper supply levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure work orders are completed and accurately entered in the appropriate systems by the end of each day.
  • Restock and manage inventory for the mini fridge, copier supplies, janitorial supplies, and kitchen essentials.
  • Provide direct administrative support to company co-owners, including calendar coordination, meeting setup, and general assistance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot basic office equipment issues, including laptops, iPads, cell phones, desktops, and/or related devices.
  • Serve as a liaison between office staff and the IT vendor to communicate technical needs, facilitate support requests, and ensure smooth resolution of technology-related issues
  • Manage conference room bookings, webinar/meeting setup, and calendar invites.
  • Prepare birthday cards and coordinate celebrations.
  • Perform inventory checks and place bulk orders (e.g., Costco).
  • Make bank deposits via online banking systems.
  • Plan and coordinate Holiday events.
  • Oversee annual shredding of outdated records and documents.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
