  • 2–7 years of experience using QuickBooks Manufacturing version.
  • 1–2 years of experience in office team administration.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to cross-train in other areas to support company growth.
  • Strong work history demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Quality-conscious mindset with a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all QuickBooks entries, including receipts, invoices, purchasing, sales orders, and quotes using QuickBooks Manufacturing version.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to answer inquiries, confirm orders, and provide updates on delivery schedules.
  • Process recurring orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide administrative support to the owner and president.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and procurement.
  • Assist the sales team with component pricing and availability as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team’s goals.
