We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in medical billing (CAN BE TRAINED) to oversee daily administrative operations. Position Summary The Pediatric Office Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, supervising front office and billing functions, and supporting providers and staff. This role is ideal for an organized, dependable professional who enjoys working in a small practice setting. Knowledge of insurance verification, claims, and collections Experience with EHR and practice management systems Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pediatric environment Preferred Qualifications Pediatric practice experience Billing certification preferred (CPC, CPB, or equivalent) Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance plans
