About the Role

IIECS Consultant is seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to join our team at our Ballajura office in Perth.

This is a full-time, face-to-face position responsible for organising and controlling the day-to-day functions and resources of the office. The successful candidate will oversee administrative systems, office operations, staff coordination, records, resources and compliance while supporting the efficient delivery of the company's professional services.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Office Manager will be responsible for:

• Planning, reviewing and coordinating office services, administrative systems and procedures.

• Establishing office priorities, procedures and service standards to support efficient business operations.

• Organising and allocating office resources, including staff, workspace, equipment and other operational resources.

• Assigning administrative work to staff and monitoring work performance, productivity and completion of assigned duties.

• Supervising and coordinating administrative and support staff and providing guidance where required.

• Managing and maintaining office records, accounts, documentation, filing systems and administrative databases.

• Liaising with consultants, management and other professionals to coordinate office activities and assist in resolving administrative and operational issues.

• Coordinating day-to-day office activities to ensure effective communication between management, employees, clients and external stakeholders.

• Ensuring office equipment, facilities and supplies are appropriately maintained and available for staff.

• Monitoring office supply requirements, arranging purchases and coordinating with relevant suppliers and service providers.

• Ensuring the workplace complies with applicable work health and safety requirements.

• Monitoring office procedures to ensure compliance with relevant government legislation, policies, procedures and organisational requirements.

• Coordinating personnel-related administrative activities, including recruitment support, staff onboarding, training, performance monitoring, payroll administration and supervision.

• Maintaining employee administrative records, attendance information and other relevant personnel documentation.

• Supporting management with the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.

• Identifying opportunities to improve office systems, workflows and administrative efficiency.

• Coordinating meetings, internal communications and office schedules as required.

• Preparing administrative reports and providing operational information to management.

• Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring appropriate handling and storage of company, employee and client information.

• Performing other office management duties reasonably required to support the effective operation of the business.
