Role overview
As the Office Manager, you will be the cornerstone of operations ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative processes, financial procedures, client communications, and staff support. This role is pivotal in maintaining office efficiency, supporting counsellors and consultants, and upholding CECA’s reputation for delivering exceptional service and operational
excellence
Key responsibilities
Administrative Oversight
- Manage daily office operations, systems, and procedures to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise administrative staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
Student & Client Support
- Coordinate with education consultants to schedule appointments, manage enquiries, and maintain client records.
- Provide frontline support to students and clients, ensuring professional service delivery.
Financial & Records Management
- Assist with invoicing, accounts, and budget monitoring.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit‑ready records in line with compliance standards.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to CECA’s policies, workplace health and safety, and education sector regulations.
- Support reporting requirements for internal and external audits.
Operational Contribution
- Liaise with management for planning, resource allocation, and workflow improvements.
Qualifications and skills
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in office administration or management, preferably in education or consultancy services.
- Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office and office systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with workplace health & safety, HR policies, and education sector regulations.
- Attributes: Leadership, problem‑solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage staff and workflows effectively.
