ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Operational Manager, you will act as the primary contact for all customer enquiries and will endeavor to create unforgettable experiences for our customers through your excellent customer service. You will also act as our internal culture champ, driving culture initiatives and the implementation of our team values.
So that you can best support our customers, you will work closely with our product development and design team to gain and maintain a deep understanding of our products and how they function.
