OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a background in office management, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing schedules, and maintaining vendor relationships while providing exceptional support to our team.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required
  • Ability to effectively manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Proficient in schedule management, event planning, and vendor management
  • Background in human resources or training & development is advantageous

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment
  • Manage office schedules, including calendar management and appointment setting
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development opportunities
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks, including payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate event planning for company meetings and employee functions
  • Maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement of office supplies
  • Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures
  • Implement efficient filing systems for documentation and records management
  • Provide front desk support, including handling multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
  • Assist with clerical duties as needed to support overall office functionality
