JOIN US We are looking for an organized and hands-on Office Manager to oversee our day-to-day office operations in Berlin. This role is for you if you are highly organized, like to take ownership, and enjoy contributing to a positive and enjoyable work environment. WHAT YOU DO You ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and act as the central point of contact for all office-related topics. You manage office administration end-to-end, including mail, documentation, keys, access rights and workplace organisation. You oversee office infrastructure and equipment, including ordering hardware, conference room setups, leasing and technical onboarding of new employees. Together with our external IT partner, you coordinate IT-related topics, administer key tools and support IT & cybersecurity guidelines. You manage purchasing, office-related contracts, leasing agreements and insurance policies. You plan and organise team events and contribute together with our People & Culture Manager to a positive employee experience. You continuously improve office processes and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and workplace standards. WHO YOU ARE You have at least three years of experience in office management, operations or a similar administrative role, ideally in a dynamic environment. You work in a structured, hands-on and reliable way and enjoy taking ownership. You are comfortable managing multiple topics and collaborating across teams. You communicate clearly, professionally and service-oriented. You have very good German (minimum C1) and English skills (minimum B2). You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
