    You’ll report into both Global Operations and HR, giving you broad exposure across the organisation and a chance to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
  • Be the face of MultiSafepay: manage reception, greet visitors, and coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Oversee office operations and facilities, from supplies to vendor management to health & safety
  • Support executives with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
  • Organize domestic and international travel for employees, ensuring smooth and cost-effective arrangements
  • Bring our culture to life: plan team events, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Partner with HR on onboarding, training coordination, and day-to-day employee support

3+ years’ experience in office management, executive assistance, or a similar coordination role

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
  • A solutions-focused mindset, attention to detail, and high professionalism
  • Experience working with senior leaders or executive is a plus!
