Andy Studio is a global product studio with teams in London and Lisbon.
We design, build and scale ambitious digital products with speed, precision, and a sharp focus on impact.
Our operations hub is expanding with a new Amsterdam office — and we’re looking for a hands-on Office Manager to keep it running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person on the ground, making sure the team has everything they need day-to-day: office setup, suppliers, logistics, small admin/finance tasks, and keeping the culture alive.
Think of yourself as the mini-COO of the Amsterdam office: structured, people-savvy, and always one step ahead.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Missions

  • Office setup & vendors: utilities, furniture, access badges, snacks, cleaning; manage quotes & contracts.
  • People & logistics: welcome newcomers, manage desk plan, book travel, handle small reimbursements.
  • Team life: organize standups, offsites, lunches; keep the calendar and info flows smooth.
  • Admin support: help the Admin & Finance Associate with document collection and weekly payment prep.
  • Internal comms: write crisp updates, mini-guides (how to… office, expenses, visitors).
  • Point of contact: be the friendly face for founders, clients visiting, and building management.
