Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the central hub of our vibrant, international team. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our Amsterdam office, connect with our office managers in Poland, Austria and Paris, support leadership and departments and help shape our workplace experience. No two days will look the same and that’s just how you like it.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient environment.
  • Manage supplies, groceries, equipment, and maintain vendor and contractor relationships.
  • Coordinate with building management, cleaners and other external partners.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages; manage office-related expenses and budgets.
  • Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for internal communication.
  • Partner with PeopleOps on onboarding/offboarding and with IT on equipment setup.

Executive Support & Event Coordination

  • Assist leadership with travel bookings, meeting coordination and logistics.
  • Plan and execute internal events, including all-hands meetings and celebrations.
  • Collaborate with departments on their event and workspace needs.

Project & Process Management

  • Lead and coordinate your own office improvement projects.
  • Support teams across the company with light project coordination.
  • Collaborate with other office managers on cross-office initiatives (e.g., swag, gifts, layouts).
